The number of handmade tiles in each stone is determined by the size of the stone. The larger the stone, the more tiles. The smaller the stone, the less tiles. Due to the unique nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that the product ordered will be identical to the product shown. We will make every effort to complete your order with the same color and style as shown in our gallery, unless otherwise specified. Keck & Barrett reserve the right to make substitutions for material that is no longer available.

Shipping
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. Small orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping and handling charges for stepping stones are as follows:

Shipping for large items such as furniture will be determined on an individual basis. Please contact us for further information.
We strive to package your orders securely and completely. If your parcel is damaged in shipment, please call your local UPS office to notify them that you need to file a damage claim.
Delivery
Products that are in stock can be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment of your order. Items that are made to order are generally shipped within 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of your deposit. We will notify you of any delay to your order.
